Governing AI Without Losing Control of Personal Data

AI agent may read a customer record, call three internal tools, invoke an external model, write to a case system and send a message, all within seconds, and without a human at the point of processing. Every one of those steps is a personal data processing event with its own purpose, lawful basis, retention rule and cross border implication. The controls most enterprises rely on, data loss prevention, identity management and log aggregation, were designed for systems that do one predictable thing at a time.
