Community Edition Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for, downloading, or using the Syncalytics AI Governance Community Edition (the "Software"), you agree to these terms and conditions. The Syncalytics product family, including the Software, is owned and operated by Mobilio Asia Pte Ltd ("Mobilio"), and these terms are an agreement between you and Mobilio. If you accept on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" means that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for or download the Software.

2. License grant

Subject to these terms, Mobilio grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for evaluation, learning, and internal non-production use within your organization. This license is granted for the purpose of assessing the Software and building familiarity with governed AI operations. It does not include any right to production use, and it does not transfer any ownership of the Software to you.

3. Restrictions

You may not use the Software in production or to operate live business workloads. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or otherwise make the Software available to any third party. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software. You may not use the Software, or any part of it, to develop, train, or improve a product or service that competes with the Syncalytics product family.

4. Registration data

When you register for the Community Edition, we collect your name, company, email address, job title, address, and phone number. We use this information to grant you download access and to send you product communications, such as release announcements and information about Syncalytics products and services. Mobilio keeps your registration data confidential and does not sell it to third parties. If you would like us to stop sending product communications, or if you have questions about the data we hold, contact us at the address in section 10.

5. Intellectual property

The Software, including all copies, updates, and accompanying documentation, is and remains the property of Mobilio Asia Pte Ltd. Mobilio retains all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights in the Syncalytics name, logo, and product family. These terms grant you a limited license to use the Software. They do not grant you any other rights, whether by implication or otherwise.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided as is, for evaluation, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mobilio does not warrant that the Software will be error free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobilio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the Software, even if Mobilio has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Community Edition is provided free of charge, and the total liability of Mobilio under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

8. Termination

Mobilio may revoke this license at any time if you breach these terms. On revocation, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession. You may stop using the Software at any time. Sections 5, 6, and 7 survive any termination of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

Mobilio may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be published on this page. If you continue to use the Software after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, stop using the Software and delete all copies.
